I am a highly experienced consultant gynaecologist who likes to take a very holistic approach to the management of all my patients and their symptoms and conditions. This involves taking a detailed history and listening carefully to the issues which concern each individual woman. Following examination and/or appropriate or necessary investigations, management is planned for both the short term and where necessary also the long term. Medical and surgical options will be considered as well as looking at lifestyle and other factors which will contribute to a successful outcome. For all of these, the possible benefits and risks will be considered and discussed.

The views, wishes, understanding and full involvement of the patient will be paramount in deciding on treatment. Should the patient wish, a partner, relative or friend is welcome to attend the consultation.
